Features This Contract applies to Greenaetwork.com, Greenaetwork-branded apps and other Greenaetwork-related sites, apps, communications and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract (“Features” or “Services”), including the offsite collection of data for those services. Registered users of our Services are “Members” or “Greeners” and unregistered users are “Visitors”.
Greenaetwork LLC You are entering into this Contract with Greenaework LLC (also referred to as “we” and “us”).
This Contract applies to Members and Visitors.
1.2 Members and Visitors When you register and join the Greenaetwork, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”
We may make changes to the Contract.

Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Features. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date. You’ll honor your payment obligations and you are okay with us storing your payment information. You understand that there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices.Refunds are subject to our policy.
2.4 Notices and Messages by Greenaetwork You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
You’re okay with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notices.
2.5 Sharing Our Features allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, articles, group posts, links to news articles, job postings, and messages. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members, Visitors or others (including off of the Features). Where we have made settings available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., message content to your addressees, sharing content only to Greenaetwork connections, restricting your profile visibility from search engines, or opting not to notify others of your Greenaetwork profile update). We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it with or without notice.
3. Rights and Limits
We may change or end any Service or modify our prices prospectively.
3.3 Other Content, Sites and Apps By using the Features, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Greenaetwork generally does not review content provided by Greeners or others. You agree that we are not responsible for others’ (including other Members’) content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Features, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content about others when we let connections and followers know you or your organization were mentioned in the news. Members have choices about this feature.Greenaetwork may help connect Members offering their services with Members seeking services. Greenaetwork does not perform nor employs individuals to perform these services. You must be at least 18 years of age to offer, perform or procure these services. You acknowledge that Greenaetwork does not supervise, direct, control or monitor Members in the performance of these services and agree that (1) Greenaetwork is not responsible for the offering, performance or procurement of these services, (2) Greenaetwork does not endorse any particular Member’s offered services, and (3) nothing shall create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between Greenaetwork and any Member offering services. If you are a Member offering services, you represent and warrant that you have all the required licenses.Similarly, Greenaetwork may help you register for and/or attend events organized by Members and connect with other Members who are attendees at such events. You agree that (1) Greenaetwork is not responsible for the conduct of any of the Members or other attendees at such events, (2) Greenaetwork does not endorse any particular event listed on our Features, (3) Greenaetwork does not review and/or vet any of these events, and (4) that you will adhere to these terms and conditions that apply to such events.
Your use of others’ content and information posted on our Services, is at your own risk.Others may offer their own products and services through our Services, and we aren’t responsible for those third-party activities.
3.4 Limits Greenaetwork reserves the right to limit your use of the Features, including the number of your connections and your ability to contact other Members. Greenaetwork reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach this Contract or the law or are misusing the Features.
We have the right to limit how you connect and interact on our Services.
3.5 Intellectual Property Rights We’re providing you notice about our intellectual property rights.Greenaetwork reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Features. Trademarks and logos used in connection with the Features are the trademarks of their respective owners. 5. Termination Both you and Greenaetwork may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Features. The following shall survive termination:Our rights to use and disclose your feedback;Members and/or Visitors’ rights to further re-share content and information you shared through the Services;Sections 4, 6, 7, and 8.2 of this Contract;Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.
We can each end this Contract, but some rights and obligations survive.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This section shall not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country to which we direct Features to you. You and Greenaetwork agree that the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services. You and Greenaetwork both agree that all claims and disputes can be litigated only in the federal or state courts in Santa Clara County, California, USA, and you and Greenaetwork each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

General Terms If a court with authority over this Contract finds any part of it unenforceable, you and we agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and we agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Contract.This Contract (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Features and supersedes all prior agreements for the Features.If we don’t act to enforce a breach of this Contract, that does not mean that Greenaetwork has waived its right to enforce this Contract. 8.4 SERVICE USE Greenaetwork LLC tracks and collects log usage data for visits or use of our Services and Features, including sites, apps and platform technology by using services such as Google Analytics. Greenaetwork LLC does not access or collect data mentioned above through Automattic.
8.6 YOUR DEVICE AND LOCATION When you visit or leave our Services or Features (including some plugins and our cookies or similar technology on the sites of others), Greenaetwork.com may receive the URL of both the site you came from and the one you go to and the time of your visit. We also may get information about your network and device (e.g., IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device identifier and features, cookie IDs and/or ISP, or your mobile carrier). If you use our Services from a mobile device, that device may send us data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask you to opt-in before we use GPS or other tools to identify your precise location.

9. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
How we use your personal data will depend on which Features you use, how you use those Features and the choices you make in your settings. We may use the data that we have about you to provide and personalize our Services, including with the help of automated systems and inferences we make, so that our Services (including ads) can be more relevant and useful to you and others. 9.1 GREENAETWORK.COM FEATURES Connections: to stay in touch and up to date with businesses or consumers, you can “connect” with the profile who you choose, and who also wish to “connect” with you. Subject to your and their settings, when you connect with other Members, you will be able to search each others’ connections. We may use data about you (such as your profile) to help others find your profile, suggest connections for you and others and enable you to invite others to become a Greener and connect with you. It is your choice whether to invite someone to our Services, send a connection request, or allow another Member to become your connection. When you invite someone to connect with you, your invitation will include your network and basic profile information (e.g., Name, Profile Picture, Date of Birth, Country), if you make them public and visible. You acknowledge that you decide which information to show or not to other Users. So, if your Data Information are public, other Greeners will be able to see your public Data Information.
News, Magazines, Events and Achievements On Grenaetwork.com, you can get informed and stay up to date about News, Events and Achievements created by registered businesses and consumers. We may use the data we have about you (e.g., data you provide, data we collect from your engagement with our Features and inferences we make from the data we have about you), to personalize our Services for you.
Premium Features We sell Premium Subscriptions that provide our business customers specific tools to maximize the use of Greenaetwork.com. Greenaetwork.com may provide insights for Premium Users (only Business can be Premium Users) about visits to their profiles or number of interactions with their contents. Also, Premium Users may receive more general insights about ongoing trends on Greenaetwork.com.These information are anonymous so Business Users would not notice your profile name or other personal data when they get the above mentioned insights.
9.2 COMMUNICATIONS Greenaetwork.com may contact you through email, notices posted on our websites or apps, messages to your Greenaetwork inbox, and other ways through our Features, including text messages and push notifications;Greenaetwork.com may send you messages about the availability of our Features, security, or other service-related issues;Greenaetwork.com may send messages about how to use our Features, network updates, reminders, job suggestions and promotional messages from us and our partners. You may change your communication at any time: Main Menu > Click on your Profile Image > Profile Settings > Email Please be aware that you cannot opt out of receiving service messages from us, including security and legal notices.Greenaetwork.com also enables communications between you and others through our Features (for example: Invitations, Inbox, Teams and Messages between connections).
9.2.1 NEWSLETTER AND MAILING LIST Before giving your consent to the sending of any communication by Greenaetwork LLC, an activity for which we need some of your personal data, we ask you to carefully read the following points. It is very important that you are really up to date on the use of your data, on the methods to protect them and on the rights to exercise. The latest laws (such as Californian, European and Brazilian) are particularly careful and strict about the protection of personal data.

Data retention The personal data you provide for the purpose of obtaining informational or commercial communications from Greenaetwork LLC will be kept indefinitely, until one of the following events occurs:(1) Deletion of your contact from our mailing list, by your or our choice;(2) End of Greenaetwork LLC’s use of Newsletter or similar services to inform about its products / services;(3) Closure of Greenaetwork LLC;(4) Other supervening impossibilities that prevent us from using the service and sending communications. 9.4 INFO TO AD PROVIDERS We do not share your personal data with any third-party advertisers or ad networks. Greenaetwork uses Revive AdServer to track the number of clicks on the advertising contents and to analyse them through a specific report.
9.5 MARKETING In addition to advertising our Features, we may use Users’ data and content for invitations and communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement and our Features.
9.6 DEVELOPING FEATURES AND RESEARCH Features Development We use data, including public feedback, to conduct research and development for our Features in order to provide you and others with a better, more intuitive and personalized experience, drive membership growth and engagement on our Features, and help connect Greeners to each other and to cooperate.
Other Research Greenaetwork.com’s goal is to create a more sustainable world opportunity for people who are sensitive about environmental and social issues and to make them feel more supported and successful. We use the personal data made available with your consent to research social, environmental and sustainable trends, such as interests and hobbies, job profiles and opportunities in the sustainability work sector that help us to understand what our Members need daily referring to their green habits, and how to facilitate them by Greenaetwork.com Features.In some cases, we may work with trusted third parties (such as Public Institutions, Universities or scientific committees or newspapers to perform this research, under controls that are designed to protect your privacy.
We publish or allow others to publish economic insights, presented as aggregated data rather than personal data.
Surveys Polls and surveys are conducted by us and others through our Features, specifically located under Business Users’ News.
You are not obligated to respond to surveys, and you have choices about the information you provide.
9.7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT We use data to help you and fix problems. We use data (which can include your communications) to investigate, respond to and resolve complaints and for Service issues (e.g., bugs).

Profile Your profile is fully visible to all Greeners and customers of Greenaetwork.com. Subject to your settings, it can also be visible to others on or off of our website (e.g., Visitors to Greenaetwork.com or Users of third- party search engines). You can always change your privacy settings on your Profile Settings.

Posts, Team Up!, Follows, Comments, Messages Our Features allow viewing and sharing information including through posts, Team up!s, follows and comments.When you share an article or a post (e.g., an update, image, video or article) publicly it can be viewed by everyone and re-shared anywhere. Members, Visitors and others will be able to find and see your publicly-shared content, including your name (and photo if you have provided one).In a Team, posts are visible to others in the group, or to all visitors depending from the Team settings as per the Team creator.Any information you share through companies’ or other organizations’ pages on our Features will be viewable by it and others who visit those pages.When you follow a person or organization, you are visible to others and that “page owner” as a follower.We let senders know when you act on their message, subject to your settings where applicable.When you Team up or re-share or comment on another’s content (including ads), others will be able to view these “social actions” and associate it with you (e.g., your name, profile and photo if you provided it).
10.2 OTHER PROVIDERS ARE THIRD-PARTY SERVICES When you opt to link your account with other services, personal data will become available to them. For example, you may link your LinkedIn or Google account (specifically, by adding an Event from Greenaetwork to you personal Google Calendar) to share content from Greenaeetwork.com into these other providers, or your email provider may give you the option to upload your Greenaetwork contacts into its own service. Third-party services have their own privacy policies, and you may be giving them permission to use your data in ways we would not. We strongly invite you to read third-party services’ policies before authorizing them for the use of your Personal Data. We use others to help us provide our Features, Products and Services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing and development). These providers will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes. We need some third-party services to offer its Features. If you do not accept it, we kindly invite you to not register or to cancel your account. 11. YOUR RIGHTS AND YOUR OBLIGATIONS
11.1 DATA RETENTION We generally retain your personal data as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you Features. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of Greenaetwork.com. If you decide to cancel your account, Greenaetwork LLC may choose to retain some of your data.Any data stored will not allow Greenaetwork LLC or third parties to be traced back to you. This is the reason why:(1) we will delete your name, surname and email;(2) we will keep your date of birth, gender and geographical area. Greenaetwork LLC keeps this data because it is useful for statistical purposes and analysis of the market to which we address.
11.2 RIGHT TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL DATA You can access or delete your personal data. 11.5 ACCOUNT CLOSURE Click on your Profile Picture > Account Settings > Delete AccountIf you choose to close your account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Features within 24-48 hours. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.We may retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including eventual Law Enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service agreement, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. Greenaetwork will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.We will keep age and year of birth, country, sex for marketing purposes so we’ll delete definetely your Name (if provided), Surname (if provided), Profile Name, E-mail address, Profil picture. Your shared information with others Users after your Account ClosureInformation you have shared with others (e.g., through InMail, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members have copied out of our Features. Teams’ content and ratings or review content associated with closed accounts will show an unknown User as the source. Your profile may continue to be displayed in the services of others (e.g., search engine results) until they refresh their cache.
12. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
12.1 SECURITY We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
12.2 DATA FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES We process data both inside and outside of the United States and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders.
