11. YOUR RIGHTS AND YOUR OBLIGATIONS |
11.1 DATA RETENTION We generally retain your personal data as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you Features. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of Greenaetwork.com. If you decide to cancel your account, Greenaetwork LLC may choose to retain some of your data.Any data stored will not allow Greenaetwork LLC or third parties to be traced back to you. This is the reason why:(1) we will delete your name, surname and email;(2) we will keep your date of birth, gender and geographical area. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.We may retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including eventual Law Enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service agreement, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. Your shared information with others Users after your Account ClosureInformation you have shared with others (e.g., through InMail, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members have copied out of our Features. Teams’ content and ratings or review content associated with closed accounts will show an unknown User as the source. Your profile may continue to be displayed in the services of others (e.g., search engine results) until they refresh their cache. |

12.1 SECURITY We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us.
